Coupon Policy Rules of Use
1. Non-Transferrable and Exclusive.
You may not transfer, sell or trade the coupons and the coupons can not be used with any other offers. If the coupon is sold, traded or transferred then the coupon will be deemed VOID.
2. Displaying Coupon
You must display your coupon at the time of purchase. The coupon can be displayed via the Find App, if a web based coupon, or presented to the business if printed in one of the Find Coupon Booklets.
3. Valid Date
It is your responsibility to read the coupon carefully and make sure the coupon is valid prior to making a purchase. If you make the purchase and the coupon is no longer valid then the full purchase price must be paid.
4. Dates Of Use
The coupons can be used on any day except the following:
All Public Holidays, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Valentines Day.
5. ’Up to’ Maximum Offers
The maximum dollar amount the business will deduct will be based on the ’Up to’ maximum dollar value specified on the coupon.
6. Meal offers
If the offer is for a main course then the business is able to choose the main course(s) that is the least expensive of those ordered ’Up to’ the maximum dollar value specified on the coupon. Please note the following:
- - The least expensive main course will be deducted if two main courses are ordered.
- - The least expensive main courses will be chosen if more than two people, who are dining together, have ordered regardless of the number of coupons presented.
- - The coupon is still valid even if the business is offering a breakfast, lunch or dining specials.
- - If a main course is ordered with a child’s meal, and they are alone, then the child’s meal is considered the main course and will be deducted from the total price.
7. Percentage discounts
When businesses offer a percentage of the total bill i.e. 30% of the total bill, the business will deduct the percentage displayed on the coupon off the total bill ’Up to’ the maximum dollar value specified on the coupon. Note: When dining together there will be no option to split the bill. The total percentage will apply to the one bill regardless of how many people are dining together ’Up to’ the maximum dollar value specified on the coupon.
8. Web Based Coupons
It is your responsibility to either print your coupon or save your coupon to your ‘favorites’ section if using the Find App. Only coupons that are presented and display the correct Valid Date will be redeemable.
9. Multiple Coupons
Business may elect to change their coupon offering at any time. However, any coupons presented that are still valid, that is the valid date has not passed, must be honored by the business even if the business has created a new web-based coupon offering. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion and/or publication of Coupons on the Website, within any printed material or within any email correspondence that you receive from FindM does not constitute an offer from FindM to sell you the Coupon, the corresponding offer or the goods and services that are the subject of the Discount coupon on offer. The promotion and/or publication of Coupons on the Website or within printed material or within any email correspondence that you receive from FindM is an invitation to treat only.
10. Creating Coupons (web-based)
You must first create a registered account on the FindM Website (’Account’) and purchase a Premium package. Creating an Account will enable you to: (a) receive information and email communications from FindM relating to Coupons; (b) place coupon ads on the site and have it displayed on the Find App; (c) change your preferences, including with respect to your preferred e-mail address, geographic location, credit card details and passwords; (d) view, change Coupons you have offered; and (e) view past Coupons you have purchased. When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and to keep this information up-to-date.
11. LEGAL CAPACITY
By making an order to purchase a Disco, you warrant to CUDO that you are: (a) eighteen (18) years of age or above; and (b) entering into a legally binding contract with CUDO with respect to that Coupon.
12. General Terms
All coupon offers are subject to the Businesses standard terms and conditions and policies. FindM will use its reasonable endeavours to advise you on the Website of any material terms and conditions and policies of the Business that will impact your ability to use or enjoy the goods or services. You agree that you are responsible for making your own reasonable enquiries with respect to the terms and conditions and policies that a Busienss may place on your use or enjoyment of the relevant goods or services.
13. Servicing Terms
All coupon offers are subject to the Businesses standard terms and conditions and policies. FindM will use its reasonable endeavours to advise you on the Website of any material terms and conditions and policies of the Business that will impact your ability to use or enjoy the goods or services. You agree that you are responsible for making your own reasonable enquiries with respect to the terms and conditions and policies that a Busienss may place on your use or enjoyment of the relevant goods or services.
14. Product Terms
